The northern Ireland Secretary Brandon Lewis has said the government is truly sorry for the events in ballymurphy 50 years ago, in which ten people were killed. In the space of 36 hours in August 1971, nine men and one woman were shot in and around the Ballymurphy Area Of Belfast in the wake of an army operation.
