Portugal from next monday, after last Minute Uncertainty over their governments plans. And they always land on their feet this cat had onlookers agast as it leapt from the fifth floor of a burning building in chicago landed, and Sauntered Off what a cool cat. Good Evening And Welcome to bbc news. Borisjohnson has said that the new indian variant of coronavirus could pose a serious disruption, to the progress made in tackling the virus, and make it more difficult to move to the final stage of relaxing restrictions in england injune. Speaking earlier this evening, the Prime Minister said that second Vaccine Doses for the Over 50s would be accelerated, in a bid to keep ahead of the virus. Cases of the indian variant have more than doubled in a week, with over 1300 cases, mostly in england. The government says theres no firm evidence that the variant causes more severe disease or that its more resistant to the vaccine but that it may be more transmissible. Heres our medical editor fergus walsh. This is one way of Keeping A Lid on the indian variant. This is one way of trying to keep a lid on the indian Variant Surge Testing in formby, merseyside, one of 15 areas in england, including parts of the North West and london, where residents are being encouraged to come forward for a Pcr Test. And this is another immunisation in Bolton, which now has the highest rate of coronavirus in the uk and where theres a huge demand for vaccination. Personally, the reason for me getting the vaccine is because i live with elderly people and i dont obviously want to have them have less worries. The Prime Minister said the rise in the indian variant meant there were no guarantees about the final lifting of restrictions in england. I have to level with you that this new variant could pose a serious disruption to our progress and could make it more difficult to move to step four injune. And i must stress that we will do whatever it takes to keep the public safe. The indian variant, b. 1617. 2, was first identified here less than a month ago, linked to travel from india before it was put on the Red List for hotel quarantine. Cases have more than doubled in a week to over 1300, but that will inevitably be out of date because it takes time to sequence samples. It now accounts for around 10 of coronavirus cases in the uk, but were in a far better place than we were just a few months ago. Back at the peak injanuary, there were 1. 25 million people infected with coronavirus in the uk. Thats one in 50 people. The latest survey from the Office For National Statistics suggests thats down to around 47,000, or one in around moo people. Government scientists say the indian variant is definitely more traceable is definitely more transmisable than other strains in the uk, but its not clear by how much. Crucially, though, it looks like vaccines are still effective against it. Pubs, restaurants and museums will be welcoming people back indoors from monday, but questions remain about whether the indian variant could delay the final lifting of restrictions in england in latejune. The race between the vaccine and the virus continues. Fergus walsh, bbc news. As weve been hearing the waiting time for the second Vaccine Doses for the Over 50s and those who are clinically vulnerable will be cut 8 weeks, ratherthan12. What does this mean for the rest of the Vaccine Rollout. Professor Adam Finn sits on Thejoint Committee on vaccination and immunisation. He is with us now. Thank you very much for being with us. It is nice to talk to you again. Starting with a question, what does this mean for the Vaccine Roll out . A question, what does this mean for the Vaccine Rollout . The Vaccine Rollout . Well, it is an adjustment the Vaccine Rollout . Well, it is an adjustment. People the Vaccine Rollout . Well, it is an adjustment. People who the Vaccine Rollout . Well, it is an adjustment. People who are the Vaccine Rollout . Well, it is an adjustment. People who are due l the Vaccine Rollout . Well, it is an l adjustment. People who are due for the second doses will be getting it slightly earlier. The logic behind it is that although the first does gives you good sustained Protection of the first three months, we do get a significant boost in immunity when you receive that second dose. That means the people who most need Protection against serious illness will be given that boost and given that Protection. That Protection. Does this mean effectively that Protection. Does this mean effectively that that Protection. Does this mean effectively that the that Protection. Does this mean effectively that the quality that Protection. Does this mean effectively that the quality of i that Protection. Does this mean i effectively that the quality of that is that they may have to wait a little bit longer for the jabs . Is that they may have to wait a little Bit Longerfor the jabs . Ida. Little bit longer for the abs . No, not at an. Little bit longer for the abs . No, not at all. The t little bit longer for the abs . No, not at all. The same little bit longer for the jabs . Fifr, not at all. The same vaccines that we have been going into the arms of those order people in second doses will be going to the same arms, but this earlier. It really means that all of my colleagues in the nhs will be working a little bit harder and doing slightly longer shifts, during weekends and just getting people done quicker. It doesnt actually mean that vaccines will be taken away from Anyone Else . Mean that vaccines will be taken away from Anyone Else . Given that we have a lot of away from Anyone Else . Given that we have a lot of intentions away from Anyone Else . Given that we have a lot of intentions on away from Anyone Else . Given that we have a lot of intentions on april have a lot of intentions on april and the break in the delivery of Vaccine Doses, where are we now . Has the Supply Side of vaccine settle down . It the Supply Side of vaccine settle down . ,. , the Supply Side of vaccine settle down . ,. , the Supply Side of vaccine settle down . ,. , w. The Supply Side of vaccine settle down . ,. ,. ,. , down . It is always very touching go but i can tell down . It is always very touching go but i can tell you down . It is always very touching go but i can tell you from down . It is always very touching go but i can tell you from what down . It is always very touching go but i can tell you from what i down . It is always very touching go but i can tell you from what i knowl but i can tell you from what i know is that it has been done extraordinary efficiently and when the vaccine comes in, its being planned and distributed in being used really fast. And that enables the programme to move on quickly and particularly over the past month, very rapid administration with a very rapid administration with a very large numbers of second doses while we are still going forward with people and people in the late 30s already receiving those. But about this question about the indian variant in the details of that. Vaccinating people at a young age and geographical areas to gift extra Protection. The committee has not been convinced at this stage by that argument. Why is that the case . There is a danger that if you try to move vaccines around between places or between people, essentially what you end up doing is robbing people. And you dont get any more of an advantage. It is important to recognise that getting vaccine into peoples arms, it takes time. Particularly after the first does, you dont get a real Protection in the first two or three weeks after receiving the vaccine. So, you could end up just receiving the vaccine. So, you could end upjust running around, chasing the virus by doing that and just leaving other people, who might be in more urgent need of immunisation more vulnerable and you just end up with the problem happening somewhere else. So, ithink with the problem happening somewhere else. So, i think our view is overly need to continue to move the programme forward instead. Let me ask Ou Programme forward instead. Let me ask you one programme forward instead. Let me ask you one final programme forward instead. Let me ask you one final Question Programme forward instead. Let me ask you one final question since programme forward instead. Let me ask you one final question since the| ask you one final question since the government has raised this. Looking ahead, there been talk of a booster for the Vaccine Doses, may be in the autumn. Can you explain what the thinking is behind that . Because much of that second dose of the vaccine, your level of Protection is significantly enhanced. Yes. Vaccine, your level of Protection is significantly enhanced. Vaccine, your level of Protection is significantly enhanced. Yes, that is ri. Ht. I significantly enhanced. Yes, that is right ithink significantly enhanced. Yes, that is right. I think not significantly enhanced. Yes, that is right. I think not only significantly enhanced. Yes, that is right. I think not only enhanced, i right. I think not only enhanced, but likely to result in longer lasting Protection as well. Let we know of other vaccines in the past, nevertheless, by the time we get to the autumn, the most vulnerable people, the oldest people, the first people, the oldest people, the first people to receive the vaccines will be many months after having received those doses and there is a risk that immunity may begin to wane even after two doses. Trying to put ourselves in a position where should that turn out to be the case, at that turn out to be the case, at that that there is some waning immunity or some degree of vaccine escape, as the virus evolves, we are in a position to reinforce the immunity, particularly of the most elderly and most vulnerable people to avoid risks of further hospitalisation from the winter. Thank you very much. The Scottish Government is also continuing with its roadmap of unlocking moving most of Mainland Scotland to level 2 on monday. But glasgow and moray will remain at the higher level 3 because of concern about an increase in covid cases there. Nicola sturgeon made the announcement in the Scottish Parliament earlier. The advice given to me by the medical officer which has informed this decision is that we need a few more days to assess the data and build confidence that the situation can be brought under control or at least that it is not resulting in an increasing rate of hospitalisation and severe illness. Accordingly, i am very reluctant and erring on the side of caution and keeping them in level three for a further week. I know are disappointing this will be, but pressing pause for a few days will hopefully avoid a situation in which we have to impose even more restrictive measures over the next few weeks. Wales will reopen indoor Hospitality And Entertainment venues, including cinemas and bingo halls, from monday as planned. The first Minister Mark Drakeford said people should consider staying local for their holidays despite the lifting of the ban on international travel. He said if ever there was a year to holiday in wales, this was it. The latest data shows there were 2,193 new covid infections in the past 2a hours with 17 deaths recorded. More than 36 Million people have now had their first dose of a vaccine. Thats 68. 6 of the uks adult population. More than 19 point 3 Million have had both jabs, so thats nearly 37 of all adults now fully vaccinated. The Democratic Unionist Party has a new leader he is Edwin Poots, and he takes over from Arlene Foster who stood down after criticism of her handling of brexit. 0ur Ireland Correspondent Emma Vardy reports. Its a good day for democracy. Only the fourth leader of The Party in 50 years, Edwin Poots was elected by the dups members of Northern Irelands devolved government and its mps, beating his rival, sirjeffrey donaldson, by 19 votes to 17. This party has been the authentic voice of unionism and will continue to be the authentic voice of unionism under my leadership. The northern Ireland Protocol has proven to be a massive challenge for us, and if we are to fight this to ensure that everybody in Northern Ireland is not worse off as a consequence of the protocol then its for us to do that together. Edwin poots had been viewed as the more hardline of the two candidates. As agriculture minister, hes already been responsible for moves to block the implementation of the new Brexit Arrangements for new checks on goods coming from great britain to Northern Ireland at the border in the Irish Sea. His socially conservative views have previously attracted attention. Hes a creationist whos said he doesnt believe in The Theory Of Evolution and opposes gay marriage, same Sex Adoption and abortion. Hes been there at the beginning. His father was one of the founding members of The Party, and his heartbeat would be in those rural, traditional sections of The Party. The problem is, ithink, in terms of having to make difficult decisions and move The Party forward, he may not be the best person because he is bound to them, his roots are in that party and he doesnt want to unsettle them. Lisburn, in his constituency, is a proudly unionist area, but many voters think the dup is at a crossroads. I think they need to be a wee bit more inclusive, so they do, to attract more voters. I think thats why a lot of people are going off them. I think they should get rid of the Irish Sea border. Can they, though . I think at the moment, weve got the worst of both worlds. Were cut off from ireland, and were cut off from england to a degree, so. To be honest, you wont get rid of that protocol, not in a month of sundays. So, say, listen, we cant get rid of it, we cant stop it. So, you dont think the tough talk is realistic . They know they Cant Win that, but they want to get more votes. Many unionists feel their british identity has been weakened by the new Brexit Arrangements. Edwin poots will be hoping hes the man to strengthen northern Irelands Place in the uk. Emma vardy, bbc news. More on Mask'>Face Maskes, and here in the uk, hundreds of women may have wrongly been made to wear a Mask'>Face Mask during childbirth, a leading charity has warned. Research shared exclusively with bbc news, found 160 mothers, out of more than 900 who gave Birth Last December, said they were made to wear a Mask during labour. Guidance published by the Royal College Of Midwives says expectant women shouldn t have to wear any form of facial covering during labour because of the risk of harm and complications. Divya talwar reports. This is barnaby, rosies third child. Hes a healthy pandemic baby, but there were complications during his birth, and rosie was terrified he wasnt going to make it. I was convinced he would be stillborn. What was going through my mind was, actually, this is awful, this is The End Of Everything for him. Rosie says her Difficultly Labour was made worse after she was told to wear a faceMask while in advanced labour. She has a phobia of being sick, and says the smell of the Mask made her nauseous and panic. I felt like i was dying. I thought, this is so, so painful, and i got this Mask over my face, feeling really claustrophobic, and the Mask is making me feel really nauseous and really sick, and thats making me panic as well. I was frightened then, in amongst Everything Else that was happening, that i was actually then going to be sick inside a Mask. At any point, did you feel like you had a choice about wearing this Mask . It didnt cross my mind that i was allowed to take it off. The guidance for nhs trusts was published jointly lastjuly by both the Royal College Of Midwives and obstetricians and gynaecologists. It said women should not be asked to wear a Face Covering while in labour, whether its a natural or cesarean birth, because of the potential harm. But we know that Guidance Isnt always being followed. Ive spoken to dozens of women, some of them with conditions like asthma or anxiety, and they have all told me that they were made to wear faceMasks at some point during their labour. All of them have said that theyjust didnt realise they even had a choice about it. This is natalie with her baby girl, who was born last december. Natalie hasnt got any pictures from the birth. She says it was the most terrifying experience. Natalie says that she was made to wear a Mask while in advanced labour. She challenged it, but was told she had to wear one. I felt completely suffocated. Im never going to be able to forget the feeling of not being able to breathe, the fear, the panic. If i have to wear a Mask, its something that flashes back as a moment of fear, the worst fear that ive been through. While the majority of women who have given birth during the Pandemic Havent had to wear a Face Covering, its clear there is confusion among some maternity staff. A survey of more than 900 women who gave Birth Last December found almost 20 of them said they had to wear a Face Covering at some point during childbirth. We had one lady who vomited in her Mask. Weve had others unable to breathe. These are things that are actually avoidable, and thats just by simply following the guidance. We asked for response from the nhs trusts involved, and they said they follow the guidance and would not expect a woman in childbirth to wear a Mask, and there may be rare cases where staff may have made an error. Rosie says she just wants expectant mums to be aware of the latest guidance so they can avoid the unnecessary Confusion And Distress she faced. Lets now speak to josefa she had to wear a faceMask during labour last april. Thank you very much for talking to us about this on bbc news. From your point of view, what was it about having to wear the faceMask that made your labour more distressing . I found that wearing the faceMask while you are contracting, you struggle to breathe, you struggle to control everything. You feel like youre being silenced and you cant be silent in a situation like that. Contractions can come once every two minutes, three minutes. My contractions were coming in thick and fast in less than a minute and i was not been to make i had an induction and i had contractions on top of each other, so there were about a0 seconds apart and i just felt like i was being suffocated. I could not remove the Mask because the doctors came in and said i had to keep the Mask on. Pare the doctors came in and said i had to keep the Mask on. To keep the Mask on. Are you surprised to keep the Mask on. Are you surprised that to keep the Mask on. Are you surprised that there to keep the Mask on. Are you surprised that there were to keep the Mask on. Are you surprised that there were guidelines that recommend that mothers in your situation and were giving birth should not have anything put on their face . You had no exemptions, even if you suffered with anxiety, which i do. In the faceMask made my anxiety get worse. At the point where you are already going through a lot of physical distress and your body reacts in the way it does during labour, which is red alarms going off everywhere all around you and inside your body, inside your mind. You had the sense of youre not in control because something is blocking your airway, almost. I did feel that. find Something is blocking your airway, almost. I did feelthat. Almost. I did feelthat. I did feel that. And my labour, it could have been avoided had i been in more control, if i were able to do what ive done previously, the same with my first child. It was a new experience for me and i do strongly believe that the Mask has a lot to answer for. Just to clarify, you ended up having to have a C Section serious and be delivered . One question i was going to ask you, you understand why everyone was so fearful of the coronavirus, particularly back then in the early stages. Do you have some understanding on why doctors and nurses would be so keen to keep people using faceMasks when theyre having to work so closely with them in a situation where, lets be blunt, sweat, tears, swear words, everything is flying out and you are potentially vulnerable . I do everything is flying out and you are potentially vulnerable . Potentially vulnerable . I do feel that i do understand potentially vulnerable . I do feel that i do understand it, potentially vulnerable . I do feel that i do understand it, but potentially vulnerable . I do feel that i do understand it, but i potentially vulnerable . I do feel that i do understand it, but i do| that i do understand it, but i do feel that it was not enough support and actually using the faceMasks because you can learn how to breathe through contractions, learn how to communicate Face To face with people with the Mask, but with the Mask, you can do none of that itjust feels like youre being shut away and your body has just got to go on to do whatever its got to do because at some point, the baby has to come out. Because at some point, the baby has to come out to come out. What is your advice, ho efull to come out. What is your advice, hopefully this to come out. The meteorite that landed on hopefully the chemistry that existed at the formation of the Solar System billions of years ago and now its going to be at the national History Museum of london. 0ur Science Correspondent Rebecca Morelle reports. Blazing across the Night Sky at 50,000 kilometres an hour, the dramatic arrival of the Uk Space rock, and some of it ended up here, burnt into the wilcock Familys Driveway in winchcombe, gloucestershire. Now, though, the family has a chance to see some of the meteorite again. One piece is on show alongside the natural History Museums most prized minerals. Its mind blowing its in the natural History Museum in London I Cant describe it. Cant describe it. And now, weve got lots of people wholl be able to come and see it, so its just wonderful. Why did it land on our drive, you know . It could have landed a few metres away and landed in the hedge and we would never have seen it. These two meteorites, in conjunction, allow us these two meteorites, i in conjunction, allow us to look inside a planet. The fragments of the Winchcombe Meteorite are exceptionally rare. Theyre from something called a carbonaceous chondrite. Winchcombe is very special i because it is one of the most pristine materials that we have available on earth to study. And the thing thats really good about this particular case is that we saw it fall, i and so we can use that fireball to kind of track back the trajectory,. Work out where in the Solar System it came from. This Space Rock could shed light on our very beginnings. It can be traced back to the Asteroid Belt which sits between mars and jupiter and its like a a. 6 Billion year old Time Capsule because it contains some of the oldest material in our Solar System. The Winchcombe Meteorite could also tell us about the origins of life on earth. The rock contains water and organic molecules, which are biological building blocks. One idea is that an ancient impact delivered these essential ingredients, kick starting life on our planet. Pieces of the meteorite are being sent to scientists all around the world. X ray studies here will reveal exactly what its made of. Its a really important tool for understanding how we ended up on with an earth like we have, but its also about preserving that materialfor the next ten, 20, 100 years when, you know, theres another generation of researchers whove got new scientific questions, or theyve got better analytical techniques than we have. It was a flush of luck that brought this Space Rock down in the uk, giving us a chance to study a relic from the birth of the Solar System. Rebecca morelle, bbc news. Sunny spells interrupted by occasional downpours, some with Hail And Thunder and gusty winds as well. Showers will be quite widespread across the uk, this is the Rainfall Accumulation Map for saturday and sunday and it tells us how much rainfall we are expecting and well see some Deep Blue colours there indicating heavy rainfall across many parts of england and wales. Over the last week the Infection Rate for the whole of Bolton has been worrying and today we have seen between 192. 7 so upwards of 220 Infection Rates per 100 so there has been concern but of course we have not seen a translation of those high rates into hospitalisations and they have been in Contact Day in and day out with the local trust and so far this, this evening that Prime Minister is statement was one for Bolton. It was absolutely fantastic and it was what we were looking for and they gave them as much support as possible. So even though it is cold up north i Think Summer came early for us. Just in terms of Think Summer came early for us. Just in terms of the Think Summer came early for us. Just in terms of the Surge Testing clearly, that is something that be quite effective in pointing up cases but In The End you have still got to get people to do the right Thing And Self isolate and from people still have some kind of struggle with that content. How do you overcome that there and uncertainties that can be associated with it . To defeat the virus we have to roll out the vaccine and that is what i had spent the last week speaking with the Health Secretary Matt hancock with that Prime Minister and the chamber on wednesday and effectively saying we need not only the location, coming this summer but vaccinations and if you look at the older age groups and then more vulnerable within my constituency actually the Vaccination Rate has been pretty much on par with the national average but i still think we can agree should do more where that is concerned. But agree should do more where that is concerned. . ,. ,. ,. Concerned. But overall the vaccine has been such concerned. But overall the vaccine has been such a concerned. But overall the vaccine has been such a success concerned. But overall the vaccine has been such a success across. Concerned. But overall the vaccine | has been such a success across the uk but i am really confident that the fact as you just mentioned that colonel Russell Miller will be heading up the effort to make sure the military can give all the support possible with planning the logistics to make sure that people of Bolton get this and the last point i make on that is over the last Year Trust since Bolton'>March 2020 Bolton has been a more severe type of lockdown for longer than nearly any single part of the country and if he and a half weeks of that basically lastjuly so we need to do everything we can as a government but also to your point as a people on the ground to make sure we are taking as many precautionary measures as possible even though we are coming out with the rest of the country next monday and moving into phase three of the road map. You will have heard phase three of the road map. You will have heard david and you know is the leader of the council talking on the radio earlier today saying that what he would like to see a Surge Vaccination as it were. In other words, over the age of 60 and you can get you vaccine now or at least in the coming weeks. Do you share that . Because his argument is that most of the cases are in the younger age group. Its great that all the people have been vaccinated but they are not The Ones who seem to be vulnerable right now. I but they are not The Ones who seem to be vulnerable right now. To be vulnerable right now. I think he would be to be vulnerable right now. I think he would be coming to be vulnerable right now. I think he would be coming at to be vulnerable right now. I think he would be coming at this to be vulnerable right now. I think he would be coming at this from i to be vulnerable right now. I think. He would be coming at this from both ends and considering the leader of our fantastic counsellor is absolutely right. The highest Infection Rates have been amongst the teenage and late teenagers and those in the 20s and 30s. So we have to come right from both ends. We need to point out the vaccine as fast as possible with a list will just type the first dose already but making sure they get a second else but at the other end, those who are Tagging Groupings where the indian variant, The One of concern has been spreading most rapidly. So it is a two pronged approach and i think that something that our public Health Team on the ground will work tirelessly with the Commander And Colonel Russell Miller along with the Department Of Health and the nhs to make sure we get the best approach for Bolton. To make sure we get the best approach for Bolton. Thank you very much. Portugal has finally given the green light for british tourists to visit the country from monday. The country was added to the uks green list last Week But Portugal didnt confirm it was reversing its ban on non essential travel until today. Well, we can speak to katie bowman, who is the editor of the Family Traveller Magazine and online website. It is lovely to speak to you again. Once again, we are using up your weekend talking about travel plans. Portugal, good news, bad news, uncertain news . Are you clear about how this will be implement it . We know for example the European Union was very strict on trying to ensure that people will not coming from non eu countries. It is that people will not coming from noneu countries. That people will not coming from noneu countries. It is great news but to a certain noneu countries. It is great news but to a certain extent. Noneu countries. It is great news but to a certain extent. I noneu countries. It is great news but to a certain extent. I think but to a certain extent. I think what has become clear through all of theseis what has become clear through all of these is our green Light System does not tally of the world and where we think it means great, pack up your troubles in your suitcase and get coming to portugal. It is really just the start of the long process. So, for example, the way that we are now allowed to travel into portugal where we were not 2a hours ago once they went in to negotiations that they went in to negotiations that the eu is because we have to take a third Pcr Test. That is not a lateral flow quick test but an extensive, private, not any test test. 72 hours before you go. You then take a second test and portugal. Its up to you to find somewhere, a clinic, a gp import to go and take a second test with two days of coming back to the uk and on return to the uk you must take a third private covid 19 task within two days of getting home. That third private Covid19 Task within two days of getting home. That is complicated two days of getting home. That is complicated. Is two days of getting home. That is complicated. Is back two days of getting home. That is complicated. Is back enforceable | two days of getting home. That is l complicated. Is back enforceable by the portuguese government or by the british government or by both governments or by native government . It enforceable by the british government certainty. Absolutely, they are not messing about and if you go on to the that Uk Website it is very clear that they talk about what type of test and they would expect as you come back through the borders into the uk to spent much longer at that Immigration Desk you would be fitting in or already fielding a Passenger Locator Form and you would be telling them where you expect to be for the next few days and how you are getting a test and then you will be expected to handing your Test Results within two days or certainly reporting positive tests within a8 hours of landing. The Champions League final move from istanbul to porto. There are lots of Football Fans who want to go out to watch Chelsea Or Manchester city play. What are the risks for them do you think . I play. There are risks in terms of the cost is far, far higher. For example, flights now arejust is far, far higher. For example, flights now are just the beginning of your expenditure on a holiday. You have now the Pcr Test add to that, Flight Prices over those dates for the uefa, but also may have for schools which falls on the same dates. Double, sometimes tripled in some cases. So there is also to take into account now that make this a much more complex trip than green and asked for example last summer, and asked for example last summer, and simplyjumping on a plane and taking taking the boxes. Iiiruilmt and simplyjumping on a plane and taking taking the boxes. What is the Travel Industry taking taking the boxes. What is the Travel Industry view taking taking the boxes. Completely washed their hands of the summer. I feel their hands of the summer. I feel their pain. As a traveller trying to fill my pages in the magazine stop there is constant, constant change. Thats really the only constant we can be sure of is that it can change. When you reference it is the fans and Holiday Makers in portugal, whos to say that while you are there that the restrictions dont change yet again as they did last summer . Do you remember people were given a8 hours notice to return from france, or greece, or euro star, all sorts of change can happen. They Travel Industry is feeling very, very mixed, very volatile, and some companies in the case of On The Beach had said i want nothing to do it this. Prince harry has spoken publicly again about his life as a member of the royal family, saying he wants to Break The Cycle of Pain And Suffering he experienced while growing up, to spare his own children. The prince was speaking on a podcast, in which he compared his life as a royal to being in a zoo. Buckingham Palace And Clarence house declined to comment. 0ur royal correspondent Nicholas Whitchell has more. They did their best to walk in step for the duke of edinburghs funeral, but this is a family which has been shaken and hurt by recent comments by harry and his wife. And now there are more. Harrys reflections from his California Home on the theme of parenting and the Pain And Suffering handed down to him. Theres no blame. Yeah. I dont think we should be pointing the finger or blaming anybody, but certainly when it comes to parenting, if ive experienced some form of Pain Or Suffering because of the Pain Or Suffering that perhaps my father or my parents had suffered, im going to make sure that i break that cycle so i dont pass it on, basically. Theres a lot of genetic Pain And Suffering that gets passed on anyway. We, as parents, we should be doing the most we can to try and say, you know what, that happened to me, im going to make sure that doesnt happen to you. However bewildered they may find such unburdening, Harrys Family Isnt showing it. Prince charles was in south wales. Sir, do you agree with Prince Harry about the Suffering And Pain in the family . Nice try, but to no avail. But its the questions implicit in harrys latest musings which will trouble the family. Theyve accepted that he needed to get away from royal life for the sake of his mental health. What they didnt expect was for him to go public on such private matters. Here he is on his fathers upbringing. This is where he went to school. This is what happened
