In the end the judge decided the medical report, which had not been disclosed to the defence, could not be shown to the jury. But in recalling their 0wn Expert Witness the prosecution were able to successfully rebut those earlier claims. We heard about the cycle of a trial, the ebb and flow. It cannot be lost on the jury today that there were witnesses brought back and there were rebuttals.
