Members of the royal family will walk behind the coffin. There will be a national one Minute Silence when the coffin reaches the chapel at three oclock. Inside the chapel, the congregation will be limited to 30. The Prime Minister will not be attending, to free his place for the family. Members of the public are being discouraged from going to windsor. The best place to watch it will be on television, said a palace spokesman.
