And what a day we had yesterday with tony foulds and the thousands of people who joined us for a special programme in sheffield to honour the airmen who lost their lives there 75 years ago today well take you behind the scenes to show you what it was like onboard one of the flypast aircrafts. Whites night good morning. A dry day with plenty of sunshine, turning miles. This morning we do have some dense patches of fog. Thats across parts of southern england. A full forecast coming up later on. Its saturday 23rd february. Our top story three senior cabinet ministers have said openly that brexit should be delayed if theresa may fails to get a deal through parliament. Writing in the daily mail, the work and pensions secretary amber rudd, business secretary greg clark, and justice secretary david gauke said, leaving without a deal would be disastrous. Were joined from our london newsroom by our Political Correspondent susana mendonca. Susana, what impact is this likely to have . This is extraordinary. We suspect they have had these opinions for quite a while but to put it in a paper seems quite a departure from the norm. Very much so. Its pretty significant to see three cabinet members who are supposed to be bound by collective responsibility saying something that is so completely different to what the pi ministers line and government policy is. Prime minister has said time and again we will be living on the 29th of march. There we have three cabinet ministers saying they think it should be delayed if we cant get a deal through parliament. Its not certain whether parliament will agree to the deal and to may lost the meaningful vote injanuary. Now we have these ministers basically suggesting that if no deal is achieved, that they might be voting perhaps with an amendment that would look to delay brexit, delay our departure altogether. This comes at the end of a week where theresa may has seen three members of her party switch and leave the conservatives altogether and join that independent group in parliament, with a number of labour mps. Group in parliament, with a number of labourmps. In group in parliament, with a number of labour mps. In terms of this intervention by these three cabinet members it might crystallise for those brexiteer is the possibility that they could end up with no brexit at all and perhaps could that inspire some of them to vote for theresa mays deal . Its possible. In the coming week we will have votes on various amendments. That will try to change the direction of brexit, one of those will be around trying to delay article 50. There will be a number of amendments to be voted on and a very difficult week for theresa may. Thank you for now. We will talk further about the impactand we will talk further about the impact and what is being said in this article later in the programme. Labour is to announce new plans for Flexible Working which it says will provide more support to women. In a speech today, the shadow women and equalities secretary, dawn butler, will say that a change in the law is necessary to close the gender pay gap, and to dismantle barriers that hold women back from promotion and progression. The american Musician R Kelly has surrendered himself to police and been charged with a series of abuse and assault allegations. The singer, whose real name is Robert Sylvester kelly, denies all of the charges and is due to appear in court in chicago today. Monika plaha reports. At one point he was the biggest name in r b, but here r kelly is being is escorted by security as he handed himself into chicago police. I believe i can fly. He has had massive crossover hits globally, through it all allegations and rumours of sexual abuse against underage girls were never far away. And in 2008 he went to trial on charges of child pornography, after a tape surfaced allegedly showed him having sex with a 13 year old. But he was acquitted when the jury decided the tape wasnt clear enough. Some women were paid not to talk and others started to come forward to say what had gone on. I did realise that he had a problem and i couldnt fix it. Now prosecutors feel they have enough evidence to press charges relating to four victims. Earlier today, robert kelly was indicted before a cook county grand jury on ten counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. It appears a recent tv series speaking to alleged victims gave others the confidence to come forward, too, to try and getjustice against one of the biggest selling us stars for abuse allegations going back more than two decades. Monika plaha, bbc news. One of britains most wanted men has been extradited from switzerland to the uk after spending years on the run. Mark acklom, who disappeared in 2012, allegedly posed as an mi6 agent to con a gloucestershire woman out of £850,000 life savings. Hes currently in Police Custody and will appear at Bristol Magistrates Court today. In the last hour, voting has opened for president ial elections in nigeria, where there have been reports of a series of explosions in the northeast of maiduguri. Poor weather conditions, security concerns and allegations of corruption have delayed the process by a week. 0ur correspondent mayenijones is in yola. We can see lots more people behind you since we spoke to you an hour ago. Tell me a bit about the atmosphere there. There has been a lot of unrest. Yes, there has been reports of bomb blasts in maiduguri which is about six hours from where iam which is about six hours from where i am now. The atmosphere is pretty calm now. People are eager to cast their votes. A few minutes ago some of the voters were getting a bit agitated because there was a slight delay in the polls opening, but now they have started voting and everything has gone back to normal. A lot at stake here in africas most populous nation, an economy that has been doing quite poorly because of the fall in the global price of oil, insecurity, unemployment amongst young people, 50 of the electorate here is under the age of 35. Lots to contend with for whoever wins these elections. Really significant because these elections were delayed, they were meant to happen last week. What are we expecting from this election . Yes, the delay actually led many people to believe that there might be a fall in the number of voters who turned out this week. Thats because many people had already travelled large distances to cast their votes last week, and it was worried that they might not be able to do it again this week. In order to remedy this, the government has offered, made friday a Public Holiday for people here and transport Companies Offer discounts on flights and trains. People seem to have turned out, they say they wa nt to to have turned out, they say they want to make their voices heard, to make sure their votes count. Its very important for them to take part in the democratic process because nigeria has only been a democracy since 1999. It suffered from military leadership for 50 years after independence. Nigerians are very keen to take part in the democratic process now that they can. Thank you. The luxury apartment block, that belonged to colombias infamous drug lord, Pablo Escobar, at the height of his power and fame, has been demolished in the city of medellin. It had become a popular tourist attraction, which many local residents found offensive and disrespectful. A ceremony was held outside the building, to honour the victims of the criminal Organisation Led by escobar. When was the last time you saw a pager . I used to have to wear one as a reporter on the road but i got rid of it about five years ago. One of the only places you still see these as hospitals. Pagers are to be phased out from from the nhs within the next three years. The health secretary, matt hancock, has announced that staff will instead be asked to use mobile phones and apps in a bid to cut costs and improve communication. More than one in 10 of the worlds pagers are used in the nhs. 0r or were used in the nhs, not for much longer thank you forjoining us on saturday morning. Lets talk politics. Quite a big week next week, crucial brexit decisions. Its no secret that some mps would do anything to stop the uk leaving the eu without a deal. But now three prominent cabinet ministers have warned they too are prepared to defy the government and vote to delay brexit. Writing in the daily mail, amber rudd, david gauke and greg clark, said leaving without a deal in place would be disastrous and have effectively given the Prime Minister a week to bring back a revised dealfrom brussels that mps will vote for. This is effectively a warning. If she cant get a deal through next week it is time for extending the whole process. Yes, significant. Werejoined now by mo hussein, who was the chief press officer under David Cameron and special adviser to amber rudd when she was home secretary, and also by andrew russell, professor of politics at the university of liverpool. Good morning. How significant do you think this is . This move by the three cabinet ministers . Fairly significant but also a very pragmatic and factual saying they are saying, because we are leaving the eu in a less than 1000 hours and there is still no deal. By the end of march we will easily be leaving with or without a deal. The focus should be to try and get the deal. Which is what they say, but equally if that would take more time we shouldnt drift to no deal by accident. If but also the kind of thinking that has been around for a while. It has been kind of unofficial for while. It has been kind of unofficialfor a while while. It has been kind of unofficial for a while that they had these views, but you come out so explicitly, put it in the paper, when you are serving cabinet ministers is extraordinary. Yes, nothing surprises us anymore except that everything is surprising it is the scale of three cabinet ministers, usually changed by collective responsibility, saying that if things go how we expect them to go, no progress this week, we expect the deal not to go through, then there is a notice period that, in one way it might be helping the Prime Minister to focus, but i doubt thatis Prime Minister to focus, but i doubt that is the view they will tend to ta ke that is the view they will tend to take right now. This is a long running saga. Want to you think theresa may will do . In a normal news time everything would be quite, this would be quite crazy but it feels like she is constantly getting things thrown at her and this could just be something she brushes off. This is the new normal. I dont think these ministers will be sacked because of this, i dont think it is a sanctioned leak but i think they are and it shows a position of reality that they have a position of lead from a position of strength. It might work in the by ministers favour in some crazy way. This shows the reality that people on both sides of this debate care more about the outcome than almost anything else. And therefore all normal boundaries, normal frames of behaviour had just been eroded. Thats interesting that you say it not a sanctioned leak. You know amber rudd well and have worked in downing street. Surely three senior cabinet ministers wouldnt have been able to write an article for the daily mail on a saturday morning without theresa may knowing . My understanding is that number ten had been made aware of it. The strength of feeling on this is so high now. We have to remember we dont live in a president ial system, cabinet do have responsibility. These views have responsibility. These views have been held for a while and i think if the spectre of no deal is coming so close now, and what they are doing, in one way they are stating the factual reality of parliaments. It is a message to the drg which says, dont thinkjust by not voting we will get you a no deal because parliament will not accept that. It is to focus minds on the er g side as well. Making the wider point that this is just about how we leave, it is not even the future, longer term relationship. Leave, it is not even the future, longerterm relationship. Ithink leave, it is not even the future, longer term relationship. I think a variety of things going on here. You fa ke variety of things going on here. You fake you say this is a threat or at least an instruction, you might not get brexit if this goes to no deal. Isnt this a threat to the Prime Minister as well . If you are considering no deal, we believe your cabinet and join the independent group . I dont think it is a threat to her. The reality is that anything that will happen next will need the numbers in parliament. Parliament is a numbers game and the numbers are not there for a no deal. The difference between the independent group is they seem to be driven by a second referendum which is not what these three people are saying. They are saying, if we dont get a deal where people are thinking of voting against a deal, theyre in mind that fio against a deal, theyre in mind that no deal would not be the default because parliament would intervene. That should make people think about how they might vote. It is notjust theresa may under pressure, Jeremy Corbyn has had a tough week as well. Its an extraordinary level of events. We are seeing fascinating power struggles between parliament and the executive. Struggles within the cabinet and within the Labour Movement and party. What we saw last week with the defections, primarily from labour to the independent group, and then the further defection of the three conservatives, just showed you that all bets are off. The prognosis of breaking the mould in british politics is pretty poor. But there is definitely a kind of momentum, a sense in which this is not normal politics. And you cant predict whats going to happen. All we know is that of the very many unlikely scenarios, one of them might happen. At the moment it is. And it could happen very soon. Yes, transfers of power it happen incredibly quickly. After the 2016 referendum, how quickly my minister was replaced by theresa may. How quickly the lead in the polls ahead of the 2017 general electionjust the polls ahead of the 2017 general election just disappeared for the conservatives. And they ended up with a minority. Things change very quickly. Thank you both very much. We might talk about this again sometime. Shall we get the weather. No storm is site, all plain sailing for the most part this weekend. A of dry weather. Staying very mild just like over the last few days. Some dense fog this morning, particularly across southern counties of england, the home counties, with visibility down below 100 metres in places. Some poor driving conditions but not just on the roads, the London City Airport there had been a number of flights cancelled. Check with your airline before travelling. The rest of the day, low clouds, mist and fog lifting in most places to reveal some sunshine. The low cloud might linger in eastern england. This weather front brings light rain across northern ireland, into scotland, western most parts of england and wales. A mild day for most of us, temperatures between 12 and 16. May be 18 across parts of southern england. By contrast this is where temperatures should be at this time of year. Nine or 10 degrees above normal. The kind of temperatures we would normally see in late spring. Late may rather than late february. It is exceptionally mild. Clear skies overnight but cloud forming in the north and west, with some mist and fog patches. Quite a cool night with temperatures two to five celsius in towns and cities. In the countryside a few patches of frost first thing on sunday. Sunday starts on a chilly note. The wind is coming from a long way south to our shores, and thats why its very mild. A continuation of that mild theme for the second half of the weekend. The low cloud lifting, probably staying cloudy in northern ireland. 0therwise some site sunshine coming out. Temperature they shout down on this afternoon but still very mild, 12 to 15 degrees. Any changes in the week ahead is, ourarea of high 15 degrees. Any changes in the week ahead is, our area of High Pressure going nowhere fast. A lot of dry weather but these weather fronts to come around the northern side of the high into northern scotland. A bit of rainfor high into northern scotland. A bit of rain for the northern isles, 0rkney and shetland. Away from the far north of scotland, another dry day, mist and fog patches, frost in the morning. For many of us, clear blue skies through the afternoon. Temperatures 13 to 15 celsius, very mild. Little change expected for the rest of the week ahead. There was temperatures to come down a little bit towards friday. In london down to about 12. Nine in the capital is what it should be this time of year. Staying mild even if a little bit cooler over the next few days. Thats how the weather is shaping up. Thank you. The weather was so important yesterday for the fly past. There was concern it would be foggy but it wasnt and that happened. Yesterday on breakfast we brought you a special programme from endcliffe park in sheffield where thousands of people gathered to remember 10 us servicemen, who lost their lives when their plane crashed there 75 years ago. Breakfasts john maguire took to the skies in one of the 10 planes which performed a military fly past, organised in their honour. Lets take a look back at the view from the cockpit. This gives you a whole new vantage points. John maguire was in the sky, in one of the ten planes that performed the military fly past in the honour of the tender. We can now ta ke the honour of the tender. We can now take a look from the cockpit. The men were about to take to the skies once more. We were hitching a ride on a tanker. The weather looks set. This is the aircraft we will be flying on. It is a refuelling aircraft. The crews are doing their pre flight checks before take off. 0ur plane flew from raf mildenhall in suffolk to sheffield in around 25 minutes. 0nce in suffolk to sheffield in around 25 minutes. Once there we formed up with the other aircraft in the memorialflight. With the other aircraft in the memorial flight. Being stationed here in england with its rich history of the 100, all the aircraft that have gone before us, being able to honour this crew on the 75th anniversary is very special, im privileged. We are right at the back, underneath the aircraft. This is where the boom operator lies. The Perfect Place to get a birds eye view of the crowds down below us. As the numbers swelled below, they were clearly visible from the air. 2000 feet above them. One of the f 15s lifted out from the formation. This is the missing man to remember those lost in conflict. The thousands in the park came to pay tribute to the ten crew men who died here at 75 yea rs ten crew men who died here at 75 years ago. And to thank the one man who is here everyday. And for whom this means so much. Three cheers for tony three of the crew at the request of their families have remained in england and are buried here at American Cemetery near cambridge. We thought the inscription with sand from the normandy beach. It is a very it is very poignant because everything was leading up to d day in 19114. This is the 75th anniversary. It is poignant that we use that sand to fill in the names, the inscriptions so fill in the names, the inscriptions so that they stand out for the families. Whites might overhead the fiss families. Whites might overhead the f 15s flew past in tribute once more. As of the crews arrived safe and sound back at base, it was time to reflect on a significant day. Phenomenal, it really was. Everything was like clockwork today. We hit ourtiming everything was like clockwork today. We hit our timing within a second which is amazing. A real honour to tony, sheffield and the community to give back in a small way. Very grateful and humbled to be able to do this. In the air and on the ground, inspired by tonys selfless dedication, thousands chose to play a part to commemorate ten young men whose lives were cut short but Whose Service will always be remembered. What what a story. Its incredible. Im pleased to say that tony is in quite a lot of the papers today. Because of that fly past. And his dedication to those tenant servicemen. There he is with his arms in the air. He said to me on the sofa, when the fly past comes, do you mind if i stand up and wave . Isaid do you mind if i stand up and wave . I said this is your day, do what you like, jump up and down on the sofa his response was so natural. He wasnt thinking about the cameras or the crowds. It was just that bond between him and the aircraft. Very special day. If youd like to see more highlights and reaction to our coverage of the flypast, have a look on our facebook, twitter and instagram pages. Details are on your screen now. Lets have a look at what else is in the papers. What has caught your eye . In the daily mail today, the papers. What has caught your eye . In the daily mailtoday, we have seeing red, the feminist plaques for women. We are familiar with blue plaques to remember people more than 100 years after they have gone. This project, no one wanted to recognise women that had gone before, that may not have been represented by blue plaques. There has been a criticism that it is very mail focused. Yes, has been a criticism that it is very mailfocused. Yes, a lot of has been a criticism that it is very mail focused. Yes, a lot of male history. This project has decided to make them think plaques for women. Thisjumps make them think plaques for women. This jumps out because make them think plaques for women. Thisjumps out because it is an argument thisjumps out because it is an argument i am constantly having with partners and people we work with, it is forgirls, women, partners and people we work with, it is for girls, women, we will make it pink. No, we like other colours than pink. No, we like other colours than pink. There are already some blue plaques for women. Exactly. We dont need to change it to pink for us to know it is a woman. It is someone we should be recognising. You could make them green, purple. We dont have to make it pink for women. I got into a bit of an argument here. Hopefully it will be resolved. Hopefully it will be resolved. Hopefully they wont be pink lets just have more blue plaques. Exactly, or a different colour. You have picked out a story here about break dancers, great. Its about time, break dancing has been put forward , time, break dancing has been put forward, it is one of the four sports being put forward to the 10c for inclusion in the olympics. Sports being put forward to the ioc for inclusion in the olympics. This isa for inclusion in the olympics. This is a lovely story because we have lots of different cruise across the uk. Lots of World Champion break dancers. It has the story of karen here from derby who is a professional break dancer. He has to keepa professional break dancer. He has to keep a Part Time Job in a call ce ntre keep a Part Time Job in a call centre because it is not very well funded. The idea that that might bring some funding into the sports. But also encourage more girls to try it. It is mesmerising to watch. Incredible skill. They have a very gruelling training schedule. It is notjust throwing gruelling training schedule. It is not just throwing shapes. Gruelling training schedule. It is notjust throwing shapes. The fitness levels, everything needs to be on points. Have you ever tried it . I think you should bust a move there would be a blue plaque pretty quickly there. Have a look at this one. Talking about bringing things bang up to date. Oxford university changing the menu is that it gives to students. 5, £12,000 being put into ensuring that students dont feel ostracised. By some of the menus they have. The particular one in this article is someone being irritated because they had octopus on the menu once. That doesnt make you feel at home if you are from a family that maybe hasnt had octopus, ive never had that at home. It is nice to think about the small things. How much that will change peoples opinions of oxford, i dont know if im more likely to go to oxford if i have dollar price on the menu that i would normally have at home. I know there are lots of other changes needed to open it up. Mike ifi of other changes needed to open it up. Mike if i have the rice that i make at home. Why would it cost £12,000 more to make it less octopus focused . There is a question there, yes. This is a tiny cutting from the paper. What have we got here . These are the £300 trainers that are self lacing, that you can. They have sold out in the uk. You can them with an app. What . The only issue is, there have been issues in some areas with the app so peoples laces have not been working. Whites make you stand there with your trainers on your feet, not very far away from you and you press your app. Because it 2019 and we can do these things, yes. I can see how that might help someone with a disability. And you charge them £300 for the privilege even more so when it doesnt work. |j help you tie your shoes in the morning. Im immensely grateful. You could sit at work on your app tying your shoelaces back home. At a distance . I dont think so. It might be bluetooth or it might be something else. In that case, im not buying it tying other people shoelaces as well if you hacking. There we are. Anyway. Endless possibilities more of that coming i hello, this is breakfast with Steph Mcgovern and jon kay. Coming up before 9am, chris will have all the weekend weather. But first, a summary of this mornings main news. Three senior cabinet ministers have said openly that brexit should be delayed if theresa may fails to get a deal through parliament. Writing in the daily mail, the work and pensions secretary amber rudd, business secretary greg clark, and justice secretary david gauke said that leaving without a deal would be disastrous. A man and woman in their 70s have died after a car they were in was hit by a van being pursued by police in south east london. Officers say a van was being driven erratically at speed in eltham and failed to stop, before colliding with a carjust after midnight. The driver of the van was arrested and the incident has been referred to the independent office for police conduct. In the last half an hour, voting has opened for president ial elections in nigeria, where there have been reports of a series of explosions in the northeast of maiduguri. Poor weather conditions, security concerns and allegations of corruption have delayed the process by a week. 84 Million People are expected to vote over the next few hours, with some having travelled through war zones to place their ballot at temporary polling stations. The american Musician R Kelly has surrendered himself to police and been charged with a series of abuse and assault allegations. He is due to appear in court in chicago later today. They are some pictures many of us love chocolate, but how many people would you want to wear it as a dress . No thats what models on a belgium catwalk did yesterday. All the outfits on display at the annual chocolate festival in brussels were tailored by Fashion Designers and pastry chefs, many of them from the countrys century old chocolate shops. My my problem would be, before i even got to the runway, i would have eaten it. Now, mike has all the latest sports news. Ijust i just saw you doing this. I definitely done up. You need your latest and up when you are taking on the best. Its the big one in the six nations today as wales host england in cardiff. The two sides are unbeaten in the tournament so far and while england, ranked third in the world, are the slight favourites with the bookies, wales are on a record equalling 11 match unbeaten run. John watson is in the Welsh Capital for us this morning. It looks beautiful on the pitch behind you yes, it is, and plenty is going on already. The pitch is being prepared, and the roof will be open for the match today. It is so tough to call, with wales being on this brilliant run, but the way england have played coming into this tournament. A really impressive victory against ireland, and all those tries against france. So, who will wind today customer lets get the thought of lewis moody, someone who knows one or two things about the six nations. You have won it three times in your career, and captained england and won the world cup in 2003. I am sure you will stay impartial. How do you see this playing out in a customer this must bea playing out in a customer this must be a tough place for england to play. Yes, but it is wonderful. Look around the stadium, and a sign says this is notjust a game, it is a way of life. It gives you a feeling for the emotions that fly in this stadium when england come to town. Sitting in the changing rooms, they are nfl style, they are massive, but you can still hear the noise from the stands. When you get out on the pitch, you get a feel for every word thatis pitch, you get a feel for every word that is sad. Unless the roof is closed, and then the noise damps itself in the middle of the pitch and you cant hear anything. But it isa and you cant hear anything. But it is a beautiful day, said the players will be able to hear everything. When you are on the pitch, it is that intense, you can virtually hear every word being said in the stands around you. Absolutely, and you feed off that as a player. It is the emotion, the passion which feeds through. You come out onto the pitch and the national anthem, through. You come out onto the pitch and the nationalanthem, it through. You come out onto the pitch and the national anthem, it is a difficult place to play, cardiff, and history proves england have had and history proves england have had a tough time here. In recent years we have done better. I, thankfully, had a record of never losing in cardiff. That is because i was injured most of the time. But it is still a wonderful place to play. England come here as favourites. We dont often talk about rugby being a kicking game, but the way england have played, fantastic. For wales and england, plenty on the horizon after the six nations. How important will it be for either side if they do win today, they when the six nations, that sets up nicely in this very important world cup year of rugby . Yes, sport is about belief and confidence. If you go into a world cup with both of those things off the back of playing well, delivering well, performing well, having continuity of selection and performance, and the mind games going on with the coaches continue as they can past as. Mind games already yes, it leaves those teams ina already yes, it leaves those teams in a fantastic spot. Off the back of this result, ultimately, whoever wins today will probably go on to wins today will probably go on to win the grand slam. The way that wales are playing, they are on this record run, but england are impressive coming into this tournament, how do you see this playing out today . Who is going to do it . If you go to the form book and the way england played in ireland, that away when was just meteoric for their confidence. And their inner belief that what they can achieve as a side. We really saw what they are capable of. For me, on form, england are probably 15 points better than wales. Whisper it quietly there is no one here, so it is fine. Im confident. This english side, they want to be number one in the world. It is about having the confidence to believe that you can achieve it and that is where they wa nt achieve it and that is where they want to get to. There you go, lewis thinks that england will do it. Im sure the welsh fans will have two things to say about that. They will now that the support will spur wales on later. Whatever happens, it is a match she will not want to take your eyes off. Thank you. The welsh must hate seeing lewis moody on the pitch, having said he has never lost on that pitch. Incredible. At 9 30am, you will speak to a welsh legend. Yes, absolutely. We have got to be impartial. We will speak to jamie roberts, the former welsh international, playing up the road in bath at the moment. He is on his way here and i will be interested to get his thoughts. Indeed, thank you. Tell lewis moody thatjohn thinks he looks like george ezra. That is quite a compliment. Scotland are in paris to take on france, who are yet to win in this years competition. But if anyone knows how hard, it is to win there, its scotland. Their last victory there came in 1999. Their head coach Gregor Townsend was intrumental that day at flyhalf, and scotland actually went on to win that championship that year. The players tend not to look at the Bigger Picture too much. Coming to paris, an incredible stadium, we have played some good stuff over the first two games, but there have been some inconsistencies in there as well. So it is a big opportunity for us to put 80 minutes together, and the guys are desperate to get going. Next, to another england batting collapse in the west indies. England had elected to bowl, but it was hard going, as a century from Shimron Hetmyer helped the hosts set england a target of 290. England looked set to reach that total until they lost their last six wickets forjust 35 runs, and west indies levelled the series at 1 1. Fulhams hopes of staying in the premier league have been dealt another blow. They lost 3 1 at west ham. Fulham had made the perfect start, ryan babel scoring his first goal since joining the club last month. There was controversy over west hams equaliser with replays appearing to show the ball coming off the hand of javier hernandez. And then, i hope i will have enough wit about me to dampen my passion, and my deep feeling for the game, and learn to live without it. Looking dead at 71, but when you have been inflatable for so long, it must be like an addiction, had to live without it. You see it so many times, managers coming back having never again. Yes, he seems to love it, he still has a real passion for it. Still a bit of work to do this season in the premier league. And, of course, still in the fa cup. We will be on air at 12 p m. Looking forward to it. And there is a wrapper during the premier league predictions. A big liverpool fan. Chris eubank says hes petrified of his son losing his big fight tonight, against james degale. Its a crucial career fight for 33 year old degale, who is a two time World Champion and olympic gold medallist, at super middleweight, while chris eubankjunior has yet to break into the sports elite. De gale, says the loser, will have to retire. For me, i dont let the occasion, i dont let the trash talk, the hype. I dont let affect it my mindset. I thinkjames does. I think as we get closer and closer, he is going to get more and more edgy and rattled. For me, stay focused, stay professional. Stay dangerous. There were wins for the top two in super league. Warrington wolves continued their impressive start to the season, beating huddersfield 32 20. Whilst st helens were pushed all the way by a determined leeds rhinos side. Luke thompson with the pick of the tries in their 27 22 victory. What a moment for a teenager emma parker, trying to be the first woman to win in a man s snooker match. But this red just missed the middle pocket. She went on to lose 61 17. The 11 times womens World Champion reanne evans also lost her match againstjimmy white on thursday. Its a huge weekend of rugby union with the six nations men s and women s championships resuming today. The sports governing body hopes to encourage more women and girls to pick up a ball for the first time and are holding inner warrior sessions to give them a taster. I went to one earlier this month in manchester. Freezing cold and snow, but did it matter . Music plays. Across the land, the chase is on for the egg shaped ball. And to find more girls and women willing to give rugby a go. And, even on a freezing winters night, hundreds forgot about the snow and cold, and some like charlotte picked up a rugby ball for the first time. It is really nice to know that i am able to play rugby. It is something i had never considered. A lot of the stigma around girls playing rugby has been removed, especially through clubs like this. And the whole community in manchester and the uni, it is a good new challenge to have. Here it goes. Amid all the chaos, this is the biggest rugby match i have been involved in. There is no structure to it. Its the thrill of picking the ball up and running with it. It is just about getting people to get a feel of the ball. I thought it would be hard but then it was like, it wasjust like running and having fun. I thought it was, like, quite rough but i realise i really liked it. I liked tackling and things like that. The sessions hope to build on the excitement surrounding the six nations, especially when you have englands top points scorer this season on hand to inspire you. But there werent any sessions like this when Katy Daly Mclean was starting out. People think rugby, they think contact. This, for me, is the beauty of inner warrior, you have the opportunity to come and use a rugby ball. It is about getting girls involved. I think the game as a whole just really recognises the value of different shapes and sizes. This is a real nice opportunity for them to come and play with their friends, have a go, and think maybe this will be a home for me where i may not fit in in other different sports but in rugby i can fit in here. There are 100 sessions like this that have been held right across the country. And, since inner warrior started, some 12,000 women and girls have been picking up a ball for the first time. When everyone is here its like you are a family all together playing. It is not that competitive so we canjust have fun. The snow doesnt really bother us. Loving the snow, the rugby towards the end we started getting more competitive too. At these inner warrior sessions you can let loose, find a space, and dive over the line for a glorious try. Well, if you have got long enough arms. Theres always one who forgets the line it was the pressure there. It was the pressure of trying to score in front of katy mclean, a top scorer for england. She was an inspiration to the others. But i felt a bit short. Performance anxiety. Maybe your inner warrior wasnt tough enough. If you think yours is, go to the Rugby Football Union and get involved, get inspired. Heres chris with a look at this mornings weather. It was perfect for the fly past yesterday. Im hoping it is going to continue. I went to Sheffield University and i know that park very well, but i did not know that story. The weather is saying very quiet this weekend. For most of us itjust stays dry with further spells of sunshine. It will be very mild for the time of year. But we do have some dense fog patches around this morning. They are affecting particularly southern england and the home counties, murky across the midlands and eastern england. Visibility has dropped below 100 metres in places, and we have had a number of flights cancelled, so do bear that in number of flights cancelled, so do bearthat in mind. Number of flights cancelled, so do bear that in mind. Some of that murky weather lasting into the afternoon across eastern england. Otherwise some sunshine. Some rain in northern ireland, edging into parts of scotland, england and wales later this afternoon, but still a lot of sunshine for eastern parts of wales, and for most of england. Height of 18 celsius in the south in the very warmest spots. Compare that with what we would expect to see this time of year, says temperatures should be around nine celsius. More like the temperatures we would expect to see in late may, rather than late february. Incredibly mild. For the rugby this afternoon, two matches. France against scotland, and wales taking on england in cardiff. The weather will be similar for both, dry with some sunshine. Both matches are covered live on bbc one later on. Overnight tonight, we keep clear skies for a time, but some low cloud forming with mist and fog developing, this time probably more across Northern England and southern scotland. A cold at night, with temperatures 2 5dc in towns and cities, but cold in the countryside with patches of frost. Although the day starts at any tomorrow, we are jacking up the wins from a long way south, that is why our weather is mild at the moment. This fog and low cloud clearing away, and after a locally cold start, many areas will have some time through the day. Northern ireland may be the one place that stays rather cloudy. Temperature is a shade down on this afternoon, but still mild for the time of year. The weather is set to last well into next week with this area of High Pressure slow moving. There is a weather front around the north side, which will bring some rain on monday into the far north of scotland, but apart from that, a lot of dry weather to come next week. Decent spells of sunshine, staying mild, but temperatures dropping a little towards the end of the week. Mild, but not quite as mild as this weekend. Back to you both. Thank you. Up to 50,000 people are facing huge bills this april as hmrc clamps down on unpaid income tax. Over the last 20 years, some professions like nursing, social work and it consultancy, have been paid with a loan rather than a salary, which wasnt taxable, but now hmrc wants to recoup some of that money. Bbc radio 4s moneybox presenter, paul lewis has been hearing from some of those affected and hejoins us now from our london newsroom. I assume that this was going to be the super rich, but actually this is a lot of people doing quite normal jobs. Yes, it is not the super rich at all, and i am a fierce critic of tax avoidance schemes, but this one should never have existed. The people caught by it are often relatively low paid, some of them are nurses and social workers, most of them consultants, but many tell me that they were forced into it. They went to get a job through an agency and they were told this is how it is done. Others saw it as a convenient way to get the paperwork done, and yes, many admit pay a little bit less tax, but they say it was not that much less because of the fees, which were very hefty. The main advantage seems to have gone in many cases to the firms that sold these schemes. He used the phrase tax avoidance, thats what many people will think, but this goes back many years. Yes, it is tax avoidance, the revenue says it is artificial transactions that serve little purpose other than a tax advantage, but one of the draconian aspects is a new law that was passed in 2017 that enabled the Inland Revenue to go back to 1999, so when this is reviewed it will be 20 years ago, and this is normally reserved for major criminal Enterprises Like not paying your vat, or hiding income. But these were people who we re income. But these were people who were taken into this by mistake, or they didnt really realise what they we re they didnt really realise what they were doing. Some of them did know they were avoiding tax, but did not think it was that big an issue. Tax barristers said it was ok, and even the revenue knew about it. People we re the revenue knew about it. People were declaring these things on their Self Assessment forms for years, and yet nothing was done until suddenly back 20 years, in what can only be described as retrospective legislation because it was passed in 2017. If you are one of these 50,000 people now facing a hefty bill, your circumstances might have changed, you might be retired, what can you do . Is there any way out of it . Most of them are not retired, but some are of them are not retired, but some a re close of them are not retired, but some are close to retirement. It is not much you can do. We are getting a lot of advice on the programme later, engage with hmrc, talk to them because if you dont, you will owe all of this money on the 6th of april, so do talk to them well before april the 5th. Get a repayment schedule organise. They are struggling, hmrc, they are having thousands of people going to them. They say they will let people pay between three and seven years, some even longer than that. They say they will not make anyone sell their main home or go bankrupt because of this. Again, we have had claims that people have been put in that position. Engage with hmrc. It will be difficult, but if you dont do that, it will be much more difficult and there is really no sign of the government or hmrc backing down on this one. Paul, thank you for explaining that. Money box is on radio 4 at noon today. Can you remember what you wanted to be when you grew up . I wanted to be a teacher. I was a policewoman, scientist or dancer. Or anything, really. It is funny, when you are a kid thinking about what you are a kid thinking about what you want to be when you grow up. A fire fighter, an astronaut or how about a Fashion Designer . Thats what 13 year old josh has aimed for since he was four, and now his dream is starting to become reality. Josh says he wants to be the next big british designer and explains how his designs made it from his bedroom to the catwalk at London Fashion week. Hey, im josh, im a 13 year old Fashion Designer. My biggest ambition is to be as big as alexander mcqueen, chanel. Ive always been interested in fashion, pretty much since the age of four. My mums wardrobe is where it all started. I was always interested in the texture, fabrics, and id just take them out and sketch them. I probably got my first sewing machine in about 2015, and Just Practising with fabrics and different kind of stitching. I think my very first design, it was a purple suit. I notice a lot of women, they go to work and they wear the greys, the blacks, all the really boring colours. I was thinking to bring some glamour back to the boardroom. Ive had a lot of comments from women who say they feel elegant, empowered, its really comfortable to wear. So im working on my collection, its pretty top secret but its going to be the worlds most expensive dress by a 13 year old. My biggest highlight was my big show during London Fashion week. I got a standing ovation. Its really scary when you have to go out at the end and wave because theres lights, people looking at you, and of course, and im the one backstage dressing them. Sometimes it can be hard tojuggle school life and being a Fashion Designer. Homeworks are long and of course you cant let your School Grades fail because theyre really important but you just kind of work around it. I am up against a lot of adult designers and its very competitive. Some people were like, wow, this is amazing, and you get those people who say, oh, hes 13, why is he doing this . So i guess im showing them how to do it, really. If you want to be a Fashion Designer, never give up. Once youve got a dream, stick to it. You can read more aboutjoshs story on the bbc minute webpage. Josh will be on the show a little bit later as well. I want to show him these pictures. We showed you a little bit earlier. This is a fashion show in belgium, and all of these dresses and suits and jackets are made out of chocolate. You might think that is quite unusual, but since we showed that, we have had a couple of messages, including from a chocolatier called julia who says she makes chocolate dresses as well. She made 1a for Hannah Wilkins for her london chocolate shade. So it is a thing. I dont how you stop them melting. We will bring you that breaking news stay with us, the headlines are coming up
