The Town of Aynor is violating state law by failing to place its monthly meeting agendas on the town's website, a South Carolina Press Association attorney said. Agendas inform the public about what business will be conducted, and what reports will be received, at Town Council meetings. The information gives citizens the opportunity to attend the meeting and speak out on issues of interest or concern
