LOS ANGELES (CNS) - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County rose today for the 14th consecutive day, increasing nine-tenths of a cent to $4.131, its highest amount since Oct. 23, 2019.
The average price has increased 10.5 cents over the past 14 days, including 1.5 cents Thursday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It is 5.6 cents more than one week ago, 16.4 cents higher than one month ago and $1.305 greater than one year ago.
The Orange County average price rose for the 11th consecutive day and 13th time in 14 days, increasing 1.1 cents to $4.098, its highest amount since Oct. 23, 2019. It has risen 10.2 cents over the past 14 days, including 1.5 cents Thursday.
