Australia's beloved Olympian Cathy Freeman makes rare Nation

Australia's best-loved Olympian Cathy Freeman has thrown her weight behind calls for urgent change to ensure there is always an Indigenous voice in federal parliament.
Freeman, now 48, rarely makes major public comments but on National Sorry Day she spoke powerfully in support of constitutional change.
'The time is now for an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voice to be enshrined in Australia's Constitution,' Freeman tweeted. 
Olympic hero Cathy Freeman has backed calls for an Indigenous voice in parliament via consitutional change - which could put her at odds with Prime Minister Scott Morrison.
'The Uluru Statement from the Heart is four years old today. Come on Australians. Support what is right and fair.'
