Noted attorney, Pan-Africanist Robert “Bobby” Clarke has died. Clarke, 90, passed away yesterday after being hospitalised. During this year’s Emancipation Day celebrations, Clarke was honoured for his work with developing the Pan-Africanist movement in the 1970s, of which he was a founding member, and playing a pivotal part in the labour movement.
