Attempted Murder Conviction Overturned Again for Man in Ocea

An appeals court panel Tuesday reversed the attempted murder conviction for a man found guilty of intentionally striking an Oceanside motorcycle officer with a car, marking the second time his conviction has been overturned in recent years.
