Aspen University: Dept. of Education monitors embattled Phoe

A former Aspen University nursing student is suing the Phoenix program as it remains under the microscope of the state nursing board and is on probation. Aspen University’s glaring 2021 first-time pass rate of 58% for the national exam needed to become a nurse was far below the 80% mark required by Arizona law.
