Inner West Council Applications are invited from studios, galleries and artist-run initiatives (ARIs) for Midjuburi (Marrickville ward) Creative Trails weekend on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 August 2021. Midjuburi Creative Trails will be held in conjunction with EDGE Sydenham. Applications from creative spaces located in Tempe, Sydenham, Marrickville, St Peters and Dulwich Hill are now invited. Creative Trails is an opportunity for the public to engage with the thriving Inner West independent arts scene, to meet local artists and makers, view art in progress and purchase art at studio prices. Hundreds of people spend the weekend discovering art in hidden artists’ studios, independent galleries and quirky artist run initiatives, and taking part in various workshops.
