Artifacts relocated; emergency funds in place for relics damaged in recent quake

Many cultural relics in Northwest China’s Gansu and Qinghai provinces suffered damage during the Jishishan earthquake that occurred last week. China’s top cultural authority announced Saturday that emergency funds are being distributed for restoration of the damaged relics.
