Arkansas Teacher Retirement System's investments rise $1.2B

Arkansas Teacher Retirement System's investments increased by about $1.2 billion in value during the last quarter to $21.2 billion as investment markets rebounded during this period, an investment consultant told the system's board of directors on Monday.
