Argentina receives second batch of Russia's Sputnik V vaccines
Buenos Aires, Jan 16 (Prensa Latina) A second flight from Moscow arrived in Argentina on Saturday with 300,000 doses of the Sputnik V vaccine to continue the Covid-19 vaccination program.
On a special non-stop flight of the flag carrier Aerolineas Argentinas, Flight AR1601 arrived in Buenos Aires from the Sheremetyevo International Airport, in Moscow, and was welcomed by Pablo Ceriani, president of the state-owned Aerolineas Argentinas, and the president of the Argentinean Postal Service, Vanesa Piesciorovski.
At a press briefing at the Minister Pistarini International Airport, commonly known as Ezeiza International Airport, Ceriani highlighted the success of the operation and thanked President Alberto Fernandez for choosing the country's flag carrier for this mission.
