Carabiner Architects appointed to design $2 million facilities at Spring Hill Primary School New early childhood facilities will create space for more than 60 students Construction is expected to start in February 2021 Education and Training Minister Sue Ellery has today announced that Carabiner Architects have been selected to design new early childhood facilities at Spring Hill Primary School in Wanneroo. The new facilities – worth $2 million – will replace three existing demountable kindergarten classrooms with a new permanent building for the school’s youngest students. The new building will include three kindergarten classrooms, two kitchens, student and staff toilets and store rooms. With the project now in the design phase, construction is expected to start in February 2021 and completion is anticipated in January 2022.
