Appomattox shop clerk in court on drug sale to minor charge

A clerk at an Appomattox County vape shop pleaded no contest in Appomattox Circuit Court on Thursday to one count each of distribution of marijuana to a minor and possession with intent to distribute marijuana between half an ounce and five pounds.
