NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – An Upstate man is the latest New York resident to be arrested in connection with January’s riot at the U.S. Capitol, the FBI said Friday.
Eric Bochene, of New Hartford, was arrested by the FBI’s Albany field office on Thursday, the agency said.
“As with many of these Capitol violence arrests, the assistance from the public has been paramount in ensuring justice is served,” special agent in charge Thomas Relford said in a statement announcing the arrest.
