Annual honors handed out and Santa Barbara's future downtown

Ron Robertson, the Vice President of the Balboa Building, was named the Volunteer of the Year at the Downtown Santa Barbara Annual Awards Breakfast. Also at this event, organizers laid out some plans for the future, including new ideas for aesthetics and safety.
