ANC NWC: Magashule, Yengeni and Niehaus to face disciplinary action
ANC secretary-general Ace Magashule could be in more trouble with the party after he violated the conditions of his suspension
The ANC National Working Committee (NWC) is taking no prisoners, as far as dissent within members is concerned – and now gunning for suspended secretary-general Ace Magashule, National Executive Committee (NEC) member, Tony Yengeni, and MKMVA spokesperson, Carl Niehaus.
The trio, who are fierce supporters of former president Jacob Zuma, made remarks outside the High Court in Pietermaritzburg at the end of the first day of his arms deal corruption trial in KwaZulu-Natal.
