'Can't assert right on land': SC on SCBA plea for land allotment for lawyers' chambers (Lead)

The Supreme Court on Thursday said the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) cannot assert a right to the entirety of the land measuring 1.33 acres which was allotted by the Centre for housing the apex court archives for converting it into a chamber block for lawyers.
