AMD acknowledges it couldn't really fix high idle power draw

AMD's latest driver fixes a bunch of issues like Anti-Lag stuttering, memory leak problem with ReLive Instant Replay, audio issues with H.264 and H.265, and more. High idle power draw though, remains.
