Well my Immediate Reaction is this is a long time in coming sudan has been cooperating with the u. S. On counterterrorism for the better part of the past 19 years since the september 11th attacks and they have been lobbying and advocating since that time to get off of this list so i think its a its a long recognition not just for the Transitional Government but for the people of sudan to be recognized as counterterrorism partners to the United States obviously this is a political coup for both countries but particularly perhaps for donald trump weeks away from an election he wants a victory and it would be very good for them as well 20 ounce the normalization of relations with israel from yet another arab country what do you make of the statements that the 2 have been removed that this deal isnt necessarily linked to so that normalizing relations with israel how believable do you think that is.
