Congress with regard to the actions that have been taken against chinese weekers that is something that has also been a punitive measure and then of course weve seen the rejection of the territorial claims by china in the South China Sea<\/a> that action coming from the secretary of state might prompt a oh why is all of this happening well in part has to do with the u.
