Quite frankly its very worrying because we are seeing uncontrolled spread of coronavirus now in several different states just as you mentioned and whats particularly troubling about it is youre seeing it in states in the south and southwest but youre seeing it in big Population Centers but also in more rural areas as well all of these states that are seeing the spike in crime fires have one thing in common all of them reopened their economy over a month ago and so that is what is particularly troubling there a lot of statistics out there but one that i want to point out is whats called the Positivity Rate thats the rate of the amount of people that are tested that are coming back positive i just want to run down a couple of these because of give you an idea here anything above 10 percent is considered critical anything 5 percent or below is considered in the range of where its coming down and right now in florida its up to 15 percent near miami it was over 20 percent Positivity Rate in texas its about 15 percent and in arizona as well its over 15 percent so youre seeing in these 3 states that are being particularly hit very hard the number of the the percentage of people testing positive is very high troubling in many regards right so these are the facts on the ground gabriel but the the message coming from the white house still seems to be that things are going well how how do those 2 things square together.
