Alfred Kan-Ngam Arthur: Miscreants fire at Congress' Alfred

A public meeting of Congress party's candidate for Outer Manipur constituency, Alfred Kanngam Arthur, was disrupted by armed miscreants. This marks the third targeted attack on Arthur, following attacks on him on Monday and Tuesday. Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee President K Meghachandra has called for security measures to protect Arthur from attacks in the Ukhrul district.
