Alexandria woman spent 18 months in a Russian concentration

Born in Vršac, Yugoslavia, in 1938, by the time she was 8, Mary Strasser had spent 18 months as a prisoner in a Russian concentration camp with her mother after being forced out of their Yugoslavian home due to their German origin.
