Agreement signed for planned UK fleet of AP300 reactors

Westinghouse has signed an agreement with Community Nuclear Power Limited for the construction of four AP300 small modular reactors in the North Teesside region of northeast England. It would be the UK's first privately-financed SMR fleet.
