Agnico explores reopening superfund site, Gilt Edge Mine : c

A Canadian-based gold producer, Agnico Eagle, wants to re-open a mine in the northern Black Hills that’s been closed for more than two decades. With gold prices at or near historic highs, the company now has exploration permits for the abandoned site west of Lead.
