'Magic' of the Solano County Fair returns Thursday –

The fair opens up at 4 p.m. on Thursday in what Heaney called, "a soft opening" that will primarily focus on animals and the barns. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday the fair opens up to the general public at noon and closes at 10 p.m. each day.
