fter three days of trial, the jury returned a verdict of guilty on the charge of RSA 659:34-a, Voting in More Than One State Prohibited, a Class B Felony. The jury found that Mr. Rosen knowingly checked in at the checklist at the Belmont, Massachusetts polling place and cast a Massachusetts ballot after having already cast an absentee ballot in the same election in Holderness, New Hampshire.
