From a college romance to long-distance love from opposite sides of the country for two and a half years, this couple gathered their closest friends and family in Cincinnati for a Pinterest-inspired wedding on October 17, 2019.

Emma Dahnke and David Fernandez met at Pensacola Christian College in Florida thanks to Emma’s older sister, who pointed him out to her while shopping for textbooks. Emma told her sister right then, “I’m going to marry him.”
The couple enjoyed an intimate crowd of 80 guests for their big day, mostly planned by Emma’s Pinterest-active mother, church community, and her aunt, who flew the greenery in her checked bags from Florida.
