The team announced on their website Tuesday that they were revising how they would conduct their offseason workouts ahead of training camp. The first change involves the Phase 2 workouts, the session the players are participating in now through Friday. The Eagles will use the session for conditioning and meetings, and use walk-throughs to install the new systems.
