Sen. Harry Reid’s recent death prompted an American history professor to suggest that Reid’s passing may threaten the liberal Latter-day Saint tradition. In an op-ed in the Washington Post, Benjamin Park writes that the one-time Senate majority leader is the last of his kind when it comes to Church members’ affiliation with the Democratic Party.
