ADU presentation scheduled May 26 Written by Bruce Barton The Los Altos Affordable Housing Alliance has scheduled the virtual event “What’s New About ADUs?” 7-8:15 p.m. May 26. The year 2020 saw 22 new permits for accessory dwelling units in Los Altos. Building on that interest, LAAHA will present a panel that describes the process of building an ADU. Panelists will include three developers who have worked with Los Altos residents on building ADUs: John Geary of Abodu, David Klein of Modern Empathy and Greg Popovich of Goldbar Builders. They will discuss how new laws affect their work and highlight some of their best practices.
