Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) PJSC (ADNOC) announced today that it intends to settle, via a cash payment, its US Dollar-denominated senior unsecured bonds (Exchangeable Bonds) in Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for Distribution PJSC (ADNOC Distrib
