KUALA LUMPUR: The substitution of the word "pembangunan” (development) with "kemajuan” (progress) in the Bahasa Malaysia name of the Rural and Regional Development Ministry gives more significance to its efforts, says Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
