Adamu flouts court order, swears in Ntukekpo as Akwa Ibom AP

The Court of Appeal had directed all parties "to maintain the status quo" in an appeal filed by the former secretary of APC Caretaker Committee, John Akpanudoedehe, for a stay of execution on a judgment of the Federal High Court.
