According to the body, the e-commerce companies are allegedly flouting break-the-chain norms by delivering non-essential items. To support their claim, the FTAP members bought non-essential items such as shoes, toys and ropes and other materials from some of the top brands on e-commerce sites. FTAP president Fatehchand Ranka said, “Whenever there is any violation, retailers like us face action from the authorities. But here the authorities are neglecting the act of e-commerce companies who are violating the rules.”
