ACLU files lawsuit to block Texas from investigating parents

A lawsuit has been filed naming Governor Greg Abbott as one of its defendants. It's asking to block Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) from investigating gender-transitioning care for trans youth as "child abuse."
