Accused Davis killer not competent to stand trial, doctor sa

Jurors in the accused Davis killer's Thursday court appearance spent much of the day hearing testimony from the only doctor who has been able to evaluate Carlos Dominguez to see if he is mentally competent to stand trial for murder.
