Abra HPG strictly implements traffic rules for road safety Philippine Information Agency 04 May 2021, 04:38 GMT+10 BANGUED, Abra, May 3 (PIA) -- The Provincial Highway Patrol Group (HPG) accosted 30 motorcycles and seven motor vehicles due to various traffic rules violations during the "One Time-Big Time (OTBT) Oplan Lambat Sibat Sasakyan" operation last week. Led by PMAJ Maria Alicia Valera, the team has been actively enforcing traffic laws for the welfare and safety of everyone especially the motoring public. During the OTBT, the team held checkpoints in Brgy. Ubbog and in Brgy. Patucannay, the main entry points to the capital town of Bangued. Among the violations were driving without license, no helmet, motorcycle without plate number, riders wearing slippers, motorcycles with no side mirrors, delinquent registrations and number coding.
