Abortion rights groups drop suit challenging Kentucky's ban but continue legal fight

LOUISVILLE — Abortion-rights groups filed a court motion Tuesday to dismiss their lawsuit challenging Kentucky's near-total abortion ban but signaled that the legal fight is far from over.
