The animal activists said that despite many alerts and comments made about the irregularities at the ABC centres, the appalling condition of the ABC Centre in RR Nagar continues. They said that there was no consultation with SPCA members and volunteers who are deeply hands-on involved in the ABC programme and complete absence of accountability by the authorised people to initiate action
