Abandoned Portsmouth building now 'rubble' after large fire

Portsmouth firefighters were dispatched to the 1000 block of Queen Street in the city's Innovation Overlay District at 3:22 a.m. The building was fully involved when they arrived, according to Assistant Fire Chief Justin Arnold.
