AAP, Congress await major political test in MCD mayoral polls

The MCD House comprises 250 members — including 10 nominated Aldermen — of which 134 are AAP councillors, BJP has 104 in addition to the support of an Independent councillor, bringing its tally in the House to 105. The Congress has nine, while two of the remaining members are independent councillors.
