Clayton Cobb epitomizes the Texas mission Tech University School of Veterinary Medicine in Amarillo. A resident of rural West Texas, Cobb now comes home to his beloved alma mater.
In a very real way, he was an early advocate for the establishment of the School of Veterinary Medicine, as an undergraduate student in Texas Tech University, Cobb was a member of the Student Government Association (SGA) and drafted legislation proposing that the university take steps to establish an accredited veterinary school.
