9Spokes International Ltd (ASX:9SP) has appointed Kevin Phalen to its board of directors as an independent non-executive director, effective June 27.
Phalen will also sit on the board's Audit & Risk Committee and Remuneration & Nomination Committee.
He brings more than 30 years of global banking and financial services experience to the board.
