Feb. 15—SCIOTO — The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) reported nine new cases Monday for Scioto County. The new cases bring the total to 5,780 since the start of the outbreak. There were six additional recoveries reported by ODH 5,401 for the county bringing the number of recoveries to 5,219 over the course of the pandemic.
