HAPPENED. HAPPENING THIS WEEK, A POLK COUNTY JUDGE WILL DECIDE IF THREE DES MOINES MURDER SUSPECTS WILL BE TRIED SEPARATELY OR IN A JOINT TRIAL. EMMANUEL TOTAYE JR, DAISHAWN GILLS AND LEONTREAL JONES ARE ALL REQUESTING SEPARATE TRIALS. HOWEVER, STATE PROSECUTORS WANT TO CONSOLIDATE THERM.
